    I can't help but reading through this article and applying it to Kerala. Kerala is best positioned to have a modern city or a set of modern cities surrounded by nature. I like Kerala's nature, I want to keep it that way. But I also want people to be able to afford living in Kerala. And for that there needs to be cities. If we constrain the sprawl to cities, there will be enough young people who chose to stay back and we can reward them with jobs. It's quite simple to get started: just deregulate.
