The Book of Laughter and Forgetting is another book recommendation from the Watching the Wheels podcast. I feel like I’m going through a phase where I’m unusually susceptible to book recommendations. If the books on my “to read” pile are any indication, I can’t wait for AI to take over completely and let me read in peace.
I was hooked because this book was written by Milan Kundera, whose book I read recently and really liked, and because of this quote from the book.
The struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against forgetting
