Fear and Trembling came up while I was reading about angst and existentialism. Kierkegaard wrote it in 1843, and it is a good reminder that many feelings we think are unique to our generation have been around for centuries.

I also came across this tweet that led me to a Mint piece on ghosting. TIL that Kierkegaard himself withdrew from his fiancée, Regine Olsen, for months before ending their engagement in a letter. He wrote this book two years after.
